A Contract between the customer and Peach Pubs Company Limited for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

 

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery times and charges.

 

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason. Our cancellation policy is as follows:-

1. If you cancel your tickets more than 6 weeks before the event, full refund.
2. If you cancel your tickets more than 3 weeks before the event, 50% refund.
3. If you cancel your tickets more than 1 week before the event, 25% refund.
4. If you re-sell your cancelled tickets, we will pass on any monies received by Peach Pubs Company Limited in excess of the refund. If we re-sell your cancelled tickets, we will give you 50% of the price we sell them for.
5. Peach Pub Company Limited accepts no liability for refund of ticket monies if the event is organised by a third-party and does not take place for any reason. Peach Pub Co. will endeavour to recover as much money as possible for events that do not take place and will pass all recoveries made onto the Peach Events guest.

 

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. If you prefer, we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

 

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit/debit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£).

 

When you book an event you will receive an email confirmation, this is your event ticket and proof of purchase.
